RegHub Summit Series - Event Campaign
The RegHub Summit series was created to bring together regulators, senior risk and surveillance professionals, and industry thought leaders for a morning of insightful discussion. Initially launched as a half-day event in October 2023 in New York and London, we extended it to a full-day experience this year in response to high demand. The new format featured diverse elements such as panel discussions, fireside chats with leaders from regulatory bodies in the US and UK, and expert presentations on products.
What began as an event series in October 2023, with 60 attendees in New York and 80 in London, grew in 2024 into an even more successful series, with each event exceeding 120 attendees across both cities. The events featured senior-level speakers, including leaders of regulatory bodies such as Chairman Benham of the CFTC, the CEO of the NFA, and senior representatives from the FCA. Additionally, global heads from Tier 1 banks such as Scotiabank, HSBC, and Bank of America participated.

Engaging Visuals
As part of the branding and marketing campaign for the RegHub Summits events, I worked closely with our designer to highlight the key facts that make the event series stand out. We developed compelling visuals and messaging to showcase the unique aspects of the events, ensuring that the campaign resonated with our target audience and reinforced the brand's impact. On the right, you can see an example of the video we created, which was played during event breaks to further engage our audience.

Email Campaigns
I developed the email marketing strategy and planned the email campaigns for RegHub Summit New York 2024, ensuring a targeted approach with enhanced design by our designer.
In 2023, 13 emails were sent via HubSpot to 465 recipients, resulting in 65 sign-ups. In 2024, with an expanded list, improved design, and consistent RM follow-ups, we achieved a 75% increase in sign-ups, showcasing the power of a well-executed strategy.
